Amazing hotel in a shopping area, the staff were courteous. Generally everything was perfect, nevertheless the bathroom was cold. The property had a central location and it was right next to King's Castle Theatre. There was a good restaurant, a shopping area and souvenir stores next door. Really enjoyed food selection, meals were good and they have a great selection of options.

Spotlessly clean rooms, I had excellent experience.
Came here for 2 days, the hotel was great and amazing, it had excellent location close to Crablegs restaurant, attractions and restaurants and the outlet mall. The breakfast was warm and delicious with a wide range of dishes. Everything was good as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was cold. The staff was understanding, they were always available.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a quiet and peaceful area. It was just what I needed during my business trip. Additionally, the hotel offered clean towels, which was a great convenience. The staff was also responsive in fixing a broken curtain hook, albeit with a small delay.
There were a few aspects that could have been improved. The room was not cleaned daily, and there were a few maintenance issues such as a broken light above the sink.
